How do I place an order?
Navigate to any product of your interest, then tap on either the Buy Now Button or Add to Cart or Buy on WhatsApp. For any option that you choose, follow as follows
- Buy now: add your product to the cart and proceed to the Checkout page, where you insert your account details such as your name, email, address ,and Phone Number to help process your order. Choose Shipping Option a,nd an Email will be sent to you after which a confirmation call from our sales team will follow. It’s that easy.
- Order on WhatsApp: We will collect your order details and send them to our Sales Team WhatsApp, so they can follow up, and the rest follow as per the option above.
What are the payment options?
You can pay Cash, Bank or, check at the counter at any of our Store Branches.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are always processed as soon as possible, and delivery is normally within 24 Hours, it depends on what is needed and the distance involved.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, and this will always be well explained by our sales team.
